Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and wiring specialists
- Develop and design electrical panels and automation systems
- Plan and build electrical systems for harnesses, cabinets, and more
- Combine hands-on field work with managerial responsibilities
- Coordinate projects with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to high standards of quality and safety
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering – must
- Valid electrical license – must
- 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design – must
- Proven experience managing engineers and technicians – must
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of automation systems
