System Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer to join a leading defense company, developing advanced air defense simulation systems.

This role includes end-to-end system engineering of complex, multidisciplinary software-based defense systems, working closely with R&D, algorithm, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• System engineering for the definition and implementation of air defense system modules
• Performing functional and performance modeling & simulations, analyzing results and preparing summary reports
• Working closely with multiple system engineering teams
• Collaborating with development teams and integrating processes and algorithms into simulation environments
• Leading integration, verification and validation (V&V) processes מול development engineers
• Presenting processes and algorithms to customers
• Leading design reviews and simulation reviews

Requirements

Education - Mandatory

• B.Sc. in Physics / Systems Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Exact Sciences - חובה
• M.Sc. / PhD – Advantage

Experience - Mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in developing complex multidisciplinary software systems
• Experience in writing system requirements and detailed design documents
• Strong hands-on control of MATLAB
• Strong system-level thinking

Advantages
