🔍 We Are Hiring: QC Engineer – Medical Device Industry (Caesarea)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Engineer to join our team and support quality assurance activities in a highly regulated environment.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Perform incoming inspections for raw materials and components based on specifications and sampling plans

• Review supplier quality certificates (CoC/CoA) and document inspection results

• Open and manage NCMR reports, including initial communication with suppliers and Supply Chain

• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and acceptance criteria

• Review and approve DHR (Device History Records) prior to product release

• Manage the calibration program for measuring and test equipment, including handling out-of-tolerance events

• Maintain QC procedures and records in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field

• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Engineering in medical devices, pharma, or other regulated industries

• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, and GMP

• Experience with incoming inspections, DHR review, and calibration management

• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain interfaces
