Job Description
Seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics System Analyst to lead business and technical analysis, write detailed functional and technical specifications, and work closely with development, QA and business units.
The role includes full lifecycle support of implementation, integration and deployment processes, as well as continuous optimization of existing modules and workflows.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365) – required
• Practical experience in customization and implementation of Dynamics CRM – required
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Copilot Studio – advantage
• Strong process-analysis skills, self-learning ability and excellent communication
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting business stakeholders – required
