Junior Graphic Designer

Particle is a fast-growing men’s grooming brand trusted by 1M+ customers.

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our Creative Studio full-time, 5 days a week in our Tel Aviv office, working across Retention (Klaviyo emails) and Creative Performance (static ads & marketing page assets), while learning directly from three lead designers.

What You’ll Do

• Design graphics for Klaviyo flows, newsletters, promos, and CRM campaigns
• Create static ads for Meta (4:5, 1:1, 9:16), optimized for clarity and performance
• Produce visual assets for landing pages & website sections (no UX/UI)
• Build benefit visuals, product callouts, comparison modules, credibility panels, offer badges, before/after visuals, lifestyle compositions
• Work closely with performance managers for iterations, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate daily with three senior designers and grow under their mentorship

Requirements

• 1–2 years in graphic/marketing design, with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience creating static ads, email graphics, and marketing visuals
• AI imagery skills are mandatory: Midjourney, Sora, Nano Banano Pro, Adobe Firefly (or similar)
• Strong understanding of composition, layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Fast, iterative workflow, with close attention to detail
• Full-time on-site in Tel Aviv — 5 days a week (mandatory)
