Design Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Ensure approved high-quality planning for transportation properties
• Lead and oversee planning processes
• Coordinate between all internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with professional and planning standards
• Identify gaps in planning and provide solutions to improve and optimize designs
• Support decision-making processes through preparation of materials and professional assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with at least 2 years of experience -required
• OR Practical Engineer (Building / Architecture) with at least 3 years of experience - required
• Experience in planning and/or planning management for construction projects in commercial, office, or residential sectors - required
• Experience managing and working with planners, consultants, project managers, and contractors -advantage

Experience in multidisciplinary, systems-intensive projects -advantage
