Algorithm Developer 2009

TSG Group, a leading defense high-tech company, is hiring an Algorithm Developer to join our Data Fusion team!

Position Overview:

• Develop and implement advanced data fusion algorithms from multiple sensors (Track-level / Sensor-level Fusion).
• Process sensor data, including noise filtering and time synchronization.
• Design and enhance advanced filters such as Kalman filters.
• Build and evaluate statistical models for various sensors in different coordinate systems (WGS-84, UTM, ECEF, etc.).
• Develop bias estimation algorithms for active and passive sensors (Radar, SIGINT).
• Integrate algorithms into Real-Time / Near Real-Time systems.
• Participate in lab and field experiments, analyze system performance, and generate technical reports.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in data fusion or target-tracking algorithm development.
• Deep understanding of filtering, Data Association, and Fusion.
• Hands-on experience with C++ / Java / C# and Python / MATLAB.
• Ability to integrate into complex, multi-layered systems.
• Strong self-learning and problem-solving skills.
• High level of personal responsibility.
• Excellent technical writing skills in English.
• Availability for a position requiring approximately 25–30 overtime hours per month.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Advantages:

• Experience with ADS-B / AIS / IFF data.
• Experience with CUDA / GPU acceleration for high-performance computing.
