The role includes full support of projects, from the early planning stage to execution management, planning coordination with project consultants and other parties, promoting licensing procedures, and more

At least 5 years of experience as an architect - mandatory

Bachelor's degree in architecture - mandatory

Master's degree - an advantage

Previous experience in the residential field in an architectural firm, background in residential architectural planning, including licensing procedures

High planning abilities, high-level design and graphic expression

Mastery of Revit and AUTOCAD software

Ability to work with multiple parties - contractors, developers, consultants, and authorities

Ability to include and organize, manage multiple tasks, independence, proactivity, and high motivation"
