CEO of a leading global foodtech company (Scale-Up)

A global foodtech technology company, at the forefront of innovation in its field, in the growth and international expansion stage (Scale-Up) and leading significant sales in global markets, is recruiting a CEO to lead the company to the next stage of business expansion and accelerated growth.

Job Description:

Lead the company's Scale-Up strategy and rapid growth and the expansion of its global commercial activity.

Work closely with the board and founders, leading vision, culture and long-term goals.

Building, implementing and managing global management infrastructures, work processes and KPIs adapted for large-scale growth.

Managing interfaces with investors, analysts, banks and business partners in the international arena.

Responsibility for international sales processes Accelerated, establishing and expanding global distribution networks and managing strategic customers in the QSR and HoReCa markets.

Formation and building of senior global management - including building, planning and leading teams in Israel and around the world in a Scale-Up format.

Representing the company in professional forums, media and investors.

Required Requirements:

10–15 years of experience in global CEO/VP roles in the foodtech market in the QSR and HoReCa markets.

Proven experience in leading Scale-Up, significant business growth and increasing global sales turnover from millions of dollars per year to tens of millions of dollars.

Proven background in establishing and expanding international sales networks, distribution networks and global partnership agreements.

Experience working with the capital market / public companies - a significant advantage.

Experience in managing global teams in the US, Europe and Asia.

Experience working outside of Israel for several years - a significant advantage.

High business, financial and strategic capabilities required to lead complex Scale-Up processes and meet ambitious goals.

Native-level English.
