Back End Developer

We are looking for a strong, Backend Developer to join our Backend team.

This role combines high-level backend expertise with technical leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring of developers across the organization.

Role Overview:

• Serve as a technical lead in Backend domains within the Backend team.
• Participate in the design, planning, and end-to-end delivery of solutions from concept to production.
• Work with leading BE technologies and at least one of the following frameworks: Spring/ FastAPI / Node.js
• Develop in multiple environments and programming languages.
• Write clear and structured Technical Design documents.
• Work with databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis,
• Deploy microservices in OpenShift (OCP) and AWS environments.
• Build scalable systems and event-driven architectures.
• Use AI tools as an integral part of the daily development cycle.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using HL languages such as Java/ Python/ JavaScript.
• Strong research capabilities and ability to evaluate new tools, libraries, and products for organizational adoption.
• Ability to teach, present, and guide teams on new technologies, architecture, and coding best practices.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.)
• Proven experience with Git or other Version Control tools.
• Solid knowledge of Microservices principles.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8S) in Linux-based environments.
• Experience with event-driven development (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with build and deployment tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Artifactory, ArgoCD).
• Strong experience working with AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, S3) and knowledge of cloud architecture.
