About The Role
We’re looking for a Global HR Processes & Digital Solutions Lead to simplify, optimize, and digitalize how our global HR processes operate. Building on our existing HR systems, this role focuses on turning complex, manual workflows into smart, efficient, and scalable solutions.
You’ll partner with HR, IT, and COEs to translate business needs into practical process and technology solutions — from design through implementation and adoption.
This position reports to the Head of Global HR Systems & Analytics and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve global HR processes (e.g., position management, requisition flow, onboarding, org changes).
- Identify inefficiencies and design simpler, more consistent, and automated workflows.
- Balance global standards with local needs and compliance.
- Automate manual HR activities to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with the overall HR technology roadmap and governance.
- Lead global HR process and system projects end-to-end.
- Manage stakeholders, governance, communication, and adoption.
- Define and monitor KPIs for process performance and user experience.
- Partner with HR teams, COEs, IT, and Finance to ensure effective design and rollout.
- Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for global HR solutions.
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset across HR.
- Proven experience in HR technology, digital transformation, or process optimization within large, complex, multinational environments.
- Track record of leading global HR process and system projects from design to go-live.
- Deep understanding of core HR processes and enterprise HR platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Strong skills in process improvement, digitalization, and automation to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management capabilities.
- Fluent in English.
