What will you be doing?

• Managing the full maintenance operation of a cutting-edge automated distribution center

• Leading a team of maintenance technicians (including recruitment, training, and ongoing development)

• Providing continuous technical support and maintaining close communication with the customer

• Reporting directly to company leadership and collaborating with global teams in Europe

• Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced 24/6 environment where your impact is felt daily

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring optimal performance of automated systems on the customer’s site according to global standards

• Driving continuous improvement processes, data analysis, and cross-organizational optimization

• Managing 20+ technicians and team leaders

• Owning the implementation of quality and safety procedures on site

What do you need to succeed?

• Proven experience managing maintenance of complex systems/machinery (logistics centers, plants, etc.) - must

• Experience managing technical teams - must

• Experience managing team leaders - advantage

• Technical background: electrical, mechanical, or electronic engineering/technology

• A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to drive change

• Excellent English - spoken, written, and read
