System Analyst

We are seeking a talented System Analyst to join our team and take part in analyzing complex systems and business processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Write and design system specifications, including High-Level and Detailed Design documents
• Analyze business processes and cross-organizational workflows
• Define and document system interfaces and integrations
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business stakeholders
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst - Must
• Strong experience in writing system specifications and interface definitions - Must
• Proven experience analyzing complex systems and business processes - Must
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high sense of responsibility, and strong work ethic - Must
• Experience working with PeopleSoft
• Experience in Web system analysis
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
