Head of Artificial Intelligence

Opportunity – Head of AI (Hybrid, Tel Aviv)

Looking for an AI leader to own the full ML lifecycle – from research and development to production. This role drives models that impact business performance, creative optimization, ranking, and bidding, translating business needs into actionable ML solutions.

Must Have:

5+ years applied ML experience, including model development and deployment

Deep understanding of the full ML lifecycle: data prep → feature engineering → training → evaluation → deployment → monitoring

Proven experience building ML systems in production

Strong engineering skills (Python, SQL, distributed systems concepts)

Ability to translate business problems into ML solutions

Experience leading ML projects in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have:

Experience managing or mentoring ML researchers/engineers

Background in ranking, recommendation systems, or decision optimization

Experience with ML infrastructure, inference microservices, or AdTech/marketplace/bidding systems

Hybrid role, based in Tel Aviv.
