Product Manager

Firefly’s Cloud Infrastructure Automation Platform enables organizations to automate, manage, and govern their entire cloud footprint with IaC. At Firefly, we are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team.

As a part of the product team, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation cloud solutions. You will work closely with R&D, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to build features that solve real customer problems, improve user experience, and deliver measurable value at scale. You will also play a key role in identifying and shaping opportunities for AI-powered capabilities that enhance the value of the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a scrum environment.
• Collaborate with a highly agile team in dynamic environments.
• Own product discovery, research, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Define product requirements and translate them into clear specs and user stories.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Prioritize product roadmap based on customer feedback, data insights, and company goals.
• Drive new opportunities in collaboration with the sales team by identifying product gaps and strategic needs raised by prospects.
• Engage with users regularly to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Work closely with the GTM team to support launches and gather field insights.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company – a must.
• Proven experience working on developer-facing products or cloud-native technologies – a must.
• Strong technical understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, IaC, Kubernetes, etc.) – an advantage.
• Background in engineering or experience working closely with technical teams – an advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge or familiarity with AI/ML applications in SaaS or cloud platforms – an advantage.
• Experience building products in dynamic, fast-paced environments – a must.
• Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal – a must.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to balance business, user, and technical needs.
