We’re looking for an Algorithm Engineer to join a highly advanced R&D group at a leading defense company, working on the core technologies that shape next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement advanced Electronic Warfare algorithms and techniques
- Define operational and technical requirements through in-depth threat analysis and performance research
- Accompany algorithms from concept to simulation and operational implementation
- Define and supervise testing and validation plans
- Conduct wide-scope research of EW mechanisms and techniques
- Develop independent simulation tools and work within existing simulators for algorithm development and analysis
What We’re Looking For
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Aerospace / Physics / Software / Mechanical Engineering – mandatory
- M.Sc. / PhD in a relevant field – strong advantage
- Proven experience in Electronic Warfare / Radar / SIGINT / RF / DSP
- Strong background in performance analysis, simulations and data analysis
- Hands-on experience in algorithms and AI-based systems
- Programming experience with Python and/or MATLAB
- Strong research mindset, system thinking and technical problem-solving skills
