The Product Marketing team at HiBob is made up of thinkers, doers, and storytellers. We’re responsible for translating technical product innovations into clear, human-centred narratives. We partner with product, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure that our customers and prospects understand what we’ve built and why it matters.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist (graduate/entry level) to join our Product Marketing team. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who is curious, resourceful, and excited to learn by doing. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to build demo environments, turn data into clear insights, and power enablement that helps teams win.
Native-level or fluent English — outstanding written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical ability — comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and turning them into simple narratives.
Highly AI-savvy — experienced with or excited to use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis and workflows.
Curious and resourceful — you enjoy learning new tools and solving problems independently.
Hardworking and reliable — you take ownership, follow through on details, and proactively unblock work.
Outstanding graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, Communications or a related field
Nice to have
Proven leadership track record — student society leadership, project lead, or similar roles that show initiative and people management.
Student roles at tech/SaaS companies — internships, student ambassador programs, or part-time roles that gave exposure to product or GTM work.
- Entrepreneurship club or startup experience — founding or helping run a student startup or entrepreneurship society.
Job Responsibilities
We’re looking for a strategic and curious Product Marketing Specialist to help us shape and communicate the value of our products. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to turn ideas into action and insight into growth.
Source, consolidate and validate data from multiple dashboards and systems (Power BI, product usage dashboards, spreadsheets) to support product storytelling, reports and enablement materials.
Own and maintain a research notebook for third-party analysts and market research, keeping summaries and links up to date for the team.
Support the campaign and brief process: prepare briefs, prompt and work with stakeholders to keep timelines on track.
Upload and manage sales enablement and product content assets
Assist with analyst reports and competitive intel requests — collect materials, prepare draft summaries and coordinate internal reviews.
Produce data extracts and one-page summaries for internal use; create straightforward slides and one-pagers when requested.
Run ad-hoc tasks across the team: tracking action items and supporting events/launch logistics.
