We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Customer Success Specialist to support our customers throughout their entire lifecycle — from communication and coordination to order management and post-service follow-up.

Responsibilities- Manage customer communication and ensure timely, clear responses
- Coordinate between Engineering, Production, Service, and Sales teams
- Support pre-sales activities: quotations, customer meetings, and documentation
- Handle purchase orders, PQs, and follow up on order progress
- Track production status, shipments, RMAs, and service cases
- Support invoicing, payment follow-up, and ensure documentation accuracy
- Manage warranty processes, calibration schedules, and certificate issuance
- Coordinate travel plans and provide general administrative support when needed
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple departments
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
- Experience with ERP systems Priority is a strong advantage
