Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Customer Success Specialist to support our customers throughout their entire lifecycle — from communication and coordination to order management and post-service follow-up.

• Manage customer communication and ensure timely, clear responses
• Coordinate between Engineering, Production, Service, and Sales teams
• Support pre-sales activities: quotations, customer meetings, and documentation
• Handle purchase orders, PQs, and follow up on order progress
• Track production status, shipments, RMAs, and service cases
• Support invoicing, payment follow-up, and ensure documentation accuracy
• Manage warranty processes, calibration schedules, and certificate issuance
• Coordinate travel plans and provide general administrative support when needed

• Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple departments
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
• Experience with ERP systems Priority is a strong advantage
