Marketing AI Builder - Base44

Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing AI Builder to build the intelligence infrastructure that powers the Base44 team. You’ll be the technical force behind our team, designing the "bionic suit" that allows our marketers to achieve the impossible. Your goal is to design agents and workflows that automate complexity, allowing the team to focus purely on creativity and strategy. This role is for a builder who wants to define how a modern "top team" uses artificial intelligence. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Build sophisticated internal tools that allow the team to generate high-quality assets, insights, or strategies instantly, bridging the gap between ideas and execution
• Design and deploy custom AI agents capable of executing complex, multi-step tasks- from deep research to content adaptation- autonomously
• Experiment with the latest AI capabilities, constantly scouting for new models and rapidly prototyping solutions that give Base44 a competitive edge
• Connect our marketing stack into seamless, intelligent workflows, ensuring data and content flow automatically between platforms without manual friction
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in our processes by engineering smart solutions that solve the root cause of inefficiency
• Train and customize AI workflows to deeply understand our brand voice, ensuring that every automated output is sharp, relevant, and ready to use
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI systems: You have a portfolio of agents or complex workflows you’ve built that solve real problems. You don't just prompt; you architect solutions
• Strong technical fluency: You are comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and low-code/no-code platforms (like Make or n8n) to build robust systems
• 2-4 years of experience in a technical or builder role (Product, Engineering, or Technical Marketing) where you were responsible for shipping solutions
• Deep understanding of AI capabilities: You understand how to chain different models and tools together to achieve a specific outcome
• A "builder" mindset: You don't just strategize or manage; you get your hands dirty and build the tools yourself
• Creative problem-solving: You can look at a creative goal and visualize the technical architecture needed to achieve it automatically
