As part of our continued growth, TSG Group, a leading defense high-tech company, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects of our SaaS platforms for large enterprise customers.

About the Role

In this position, you will manage complex SaaS implementation projects from initial requirements definition through successful go-live. You will work closely with cross-functional business and technical teams, both internally and on the customer side, ensuring seamless delivery, strong communication, and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams: business units, R&D, product, IT, integrators, and external partners.
• Prioritize tasks, manage risks, and resolve issues in real time.
• Represent TSG to strategic clients while ensuring high satisfaction and project success.
• Ensure project governance, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing SaaS implementation projects.
• Proven experience working with large, complex organizations (Finance, Telecom, Services, or other Enterprise environments).
• Strong project management capabilities: matrix management, planning, risk mitigation, and execution.
• Ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong business and technical orientation.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
