HVAC Product Manager

Location: Hartuv B – Across From Big Fashion 

Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (in-office)

Department: Product Management / Engineering Support / HVAC Product Specialist 

Ephoca is looking to hire a detail-oriented and methodical product manager who will take ownership of their work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This position is for someone who cares about quality, compliance, and ensuring every product is represented accurately by managing and maintaining a complete database of all our HVAC products and accessories (including all generations and voltage variants).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure every unit and accessory has complete and accurate documentation
• Installation, Operation & Maintenance Manuals (IOMs)
• Service manuals, wiring diagrams, support videos, and specification sheets
• Warranty and compliance documentation
• Track and log all generation changes (Gen1 → Gen2 → Gen3), including upgrades, component changes, and configuration differences.
• Work with engineering teams and technical writers to review, translate, and validate manuals from foreign sources into accurate English versions.
• Verify that each product meets documentation and compliance standards for the U.S. market before release.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain updated specs, availability, prices, and technical data for all accessories (trace heaters, reducers, support legs, etc.).
• Keep all files properly version-controlled and accessible for internal departments.
• Support warranty, marketing, and quality teams with the most current product data and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems or general mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Experience in product management, documentation control, or technical coordination.
• Excellent organization and version-tracking skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication skills for working with engineers and suppliers.
• Comfortable managing detailed data and ensuring document accuracy.
