A fast-growing international distributor in the FMCG and perfume space is looking for a Logistics Sales Operator to join a small, dynamic logistics team. The company operates complex global supply chains across Israel, Europe, Dubai, and the U.S., with a combination of an in-house warehouse and remote logistics partners.

What You’ll Do

• Process sales orders in ERP and manage workflows with a remote warehouse
• Work directly with customers’ information systems
• Oversee warehouse work quality and operational accuracy
• Troubleshoot daily logistics issues and provide real-time solutions
• Maintain and update warehouse SOPs and internal data repositories
• Serve as the main point of contact for warehouse status and operations
• Collaborate with shipping, logistics, and customer-service teams to ensure smooth execution

Who You Are

• Strong English skills (spoken, written, reading)
• Experience in logistics or supply-chain operations
• Ability to lead and coordinate with remote operational teams
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems
