Role Description

• This is a full-time paid hybrid role for a Labor internship or part-time paid role on-site student job. The firm is located in the Herzliya High Tech industrial district (20 minutes ride from Tel Aviv), and supports partial remote work. Both interns and students will handle assignments and attend high-profile cases, provide clients with routine or expert legal advice, participate in collective and individual mediation of labor disputes, and contribute to innovative legal solutions.

payments and fringe benefits

• All mandatory employees' payments according to Israeli Labor law and relevant binding extension orders, adjusted to part-time job or more, as priorly agreed in writing. Some extra perks or conditional bonuses are added, subject to the Firm's discretion.

Qualifications

• Graduate in labor law and legal studies from an Israeli higher education academic institution + accredited law degree
• Strong passion for labor and employment law
• Legal research and analysis skills
• former labor law partial experience, as a student paralegal or volunteer
• Fluent Hebrew reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Personal communication abilities and corporate culture knowledge are advantages
