Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an experienced System Administrator for a leading organization in the South

Role Description

End-to-end setup and management of System infrastructures, including full environment deployment from scratch (servers, network and workstations).

Hands-on work with Microsoft core services such as Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server environments.

Daily administration of VMware infrastructures, troubleshooting Windows/Linux servers, supporting end users, and developing automation scripts.

The role includes integration across complex architectures and responsibility for stable, continuous operation of organizational systems.

Requires availability for extended hours, maintenance windows and production support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years as a System Administrator in a large organization – mandatory

• Hands-on experience with VMware, Windows and Linux servers – mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, permissions and OS troubleshooting – mandatory

• Security awareness and familiarity with security tools – advantage

• Experience with enterprise storage solutions (Hitachi / EMC / NetApp) – advantage

• Experience with Kubernetes or Microservices – advantage

• Experience in building infrastructures from scratch – advantage

• Experience managing and integrating end-user machines – advantage
