Infrastructure Security Team Lead

We are looking for a Infrastructure Security Team Lead, to join our organization, managing a professional team specializing in implementing information security policies at the infrastructure level, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and supporting diverse technological projects.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the implementation of infrastructure information security solutions in accordance with organizational policies.
• Ongoing coordination with information security teams, infrastructure teams, and other technological stakeholders.
• Supporting organizational projects from an infrastructure information security perspective.
• Monitoring, responding to, and managing information security incidents and issues- including 24/7 availability.
• Continuous improvement of infrastructure preparedness for incidents, including response and recovery processes.
• Supporting internal and external security audits.
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing infrastructure information security systems according to organizational needs.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience implementing infrastructure information security in a large organization.
• Proven experience leading infrastructure information security solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team or projects in the information security domain.
• Deep knowledge of security products: AV, EDR, DLP, Proxy, Defender, file sanitization systems (Opswat).
• Advantageous familiarity with PIM systems, safes, F5-ASM.
• Strong advantage for experience with cloud security.
• Professional certifications- a plus.
• High-level English proficiency.
