Operations & Fund Control Coordinator (Position #1237)
Looking to build a career in the financial industry? This is a great opportunity to join our Operations Team and gain in-depth exposure to the capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational workflows and controls for mutual funds
• Performing FX conversions and various data validations
• Preparing materials for investment committee meetings
• Data collection, performance monitoring and approvals
• Working with internal systems and banking interfaces
• Ongoing communication with portfolio managers, banks, legal advisors, and trustees
Requirements:
• Academic degree in Finance — Economics / Accounting / Business Administration (mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Initial experience in a financial role — an advantage
• Excel proficiency — an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and parallel tasks (multitasking)
