CTO / Technical Co-Founder – Credo (Equity-Based)

Credo is looking for a CTO / Technical Co-Founder

(Unpaid at first — equity-based role)

After months of building, designing, testing, and shaping Credo into the ultimate social network for university students, I am now looking for the right technical partner to join the journey from 0 to 1.

What is Credo?

An all-in-one platform that brings together the best elements of Instagram, LinkedIn, and campus life:

• Private lessons where students can earn academic credits or money

• Study Buddy – instantly see who is nearby and interested in studying together

• Real-time updates on campus jobs, internships, programs, and events

• A full student profile showcasing lessons taught, projects, programs, and achievements

• A bridge between academia and the job market based on real performance, not only grades

Credo is already designed, tested, and progressing toward App Store submission. Now it’s time to bring in a strong CTO to lead the technical vision and scale the product.

A builder and problem-solver who wants true ownership.

Must-haves:

• Strong full-stack or mobile development experience

• Ability to build and scale a real product end-to-end

• Startup mentality, fast execution, and high ambition

• Interest in creating meaningful impact in student life

Bonus:

• Experience with social networks, real-time features, or geolocation

• Background in ed-tech or community-based platforms

• Technical leadership experience

• Familiarity with no-code tools (Bubble/Loveable) is an advantage but not required

• Co-founder title and meaningful equity

• Full ownership of Credo’s technical direction

• Opportunity to build a platform with significant potential, starting at Reichman University and expanding nationwide

• A central role in shaping a product students will use daily
