Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from scoping and planning to execution and post-launch support.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and project plans.
• Drive timelines, milestones, and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to scope.
  
  

• Coordinate and align efforts across multiple units, including sales, operations, marketing, product, IT, and legal.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across global and regional teams.
• Lead meetings with diverse stakeholders and ensure alignment on objectives and progress.
  
  

• Ensure high standards of quality throughout all project phases.
• Use project management tools to manage workstreams and maintain visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project workflows and execution.
  
  

• Track and manage all project KPIs, timelines, and risks.
• Proactively communicate updates and escalate issues as needed.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in project management or business operations, ideally in a global tech or cybersecurity environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools- advantage
• Familiarity with Check Point internal systems and partner-related processes is a strong advantage.
