Head of Development

🔥 We’re hiring a Head of Billing Systems Development!

If you’re an experienced technology leader with deep expertise in Billing systems and a passion for driving innovation in mission-critical environments - this role is for you.

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and people-focused leader to take ownership of our Billing development domain and lead multiple teams responsible for some of the company’s most essential revenue-impacting systems.

What you’ll lead:

• Managing a division that includes multiple development teams working on core Billing systems
• Ownership of development, implementation, and maintenance of critical systems that directly impact company operations and revenue
• Leading team managers, mentoring them, and developing their managerial capabilities while ensuring strong leadership standards
• Overseeing 24/7 on-call responsibilities and continuous support for essential business processes
• Collaborating closely with business and operational units, translating complex needs into high-quality, scalable solutions
• Driving large-scale work plans, prioritization, and delivery of strategic goals
• Building, developing, and retaining talent while embedding effective work methodologies
• Promoting innovation by identifying opportunities for smarter processes and improvements based on deep understanding of business and technological needs

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field - mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a division or multiple development teams - mandatory.
• Proven experience managing managers, including coaching and developing leadership skills.
• Deep expertise in core Billing systems with strong understanding of related technological and business processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale projects in mission-critical environments with multiple organizational interfaces.
• Background in developing complex financial systems- significant advantage.
• Ability to drive innovation, identify opportunities, and lead improvements based on strong familiarity with business and technology ecosystems.
