About The Role

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist (Bookkeeping Level 1/2) to cover a maternity leave in our finance team.

This role is ideal for someone organized, responsible, and collaborative, who enjoys working with invoices, financial records, and internal stakeholders in a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing supplier invoices
• Creating and managing supplier records in the system
• Maintaining accounting records and supporting monthly reporting
• Coordinating with internal teams across the company
  
  

• Bookkeeping Certificate Level 1/2
• 1–2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (advantageous)
• Proficiency in Office and Excel
• Experience with Priority system – significant advantage
• Good English skills – advantage
• Strong attention to detail, organization, responsibility, and team-oriented
