Organizational Development Manager

Ben-Gurion University is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Organizational Development Lead to join our HR Division and play a key role in shaping culture, leadership, learning, and strategic HR initiatives across the university.

What you’ll do

Organizational Development

• Design and implement programs that enhance processes, drive innovation, and support organizational change.
• Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent retention strategies.
• Lead leadership development initiatives and provide consulting support to managers.
• Support organizational changes and employee-related processes.
• Develop evaluation tools, KPIs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Learning & Development

• Support the creation of the annual learning strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Integrate learning technologies and digital tools.
• Adapt training content to diverse audiences and develop ad-hoc training solutions.

Project & Process Management

• Lead or support strategic HR projects.
• Manage budgets related to learning, OD, and professional development.
• Build annual work plans and operate according to measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with external consultants and service providers.
• Provide support for HR leadership and take part in additional responsibilities as needed.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree (Behavioral Sciences preferred).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or Human Resources – an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading organizational consulting or OD processes.
• Advantage: experience in training, implementing organizational change, and conducting organizational surveys.
