Utron is looking for an Assistant Accountant

In this role, you will be a key member of the finance team, taking a leading part in driving accurate financial reporting, strategic analysis, and compliance in a dynamic public company environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the Israeli Securities Authority (ISA) regulations.
• Oversight of monthly and quarterly closing processes, including review of trial balances, preparation of working papers, and financial reports.
• Preparation of monthly management reports, including budget vs. actual, sales analysis, and P&L by cost/profit centers.
• Preparation of annual tax reports.
  
  

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory; preferably a graduate of one of the Big 4 firms.
• Experience working in-house (outside of audit firms) – preferably in a public company and/or in a project-based industry.
• Advantage: Knowledge of IFRS 15 (Revenue Recognition for Projects).
• Proven experience in preparation and consolidation of IFRS-based annual and quarterly reports.
• Experience working with leading ERP systems – Priority is an advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• High level of English – spoken, reading, and writing.
