We are looking for a skilled Cross-Functional Quality Engineer to lead and manage quality processes across aerospace projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company procedures, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating quality activities across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality processes across aerospace projects
- Prepare and facilitate quality forums, on-site quality meetings, and presentations
- Conduct internal quality audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements
- Support and accompany external quality audits
- Ensure company compliance with customer requirements
- Manage quality processes such as MRB (Material Review Board), CAPA, and failure investigations
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures and policies
- Oversee FOD (Foreign Object Damage) prevention initiatives
- Lead and motivate improvement teams across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Quality Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering / manufacturing
- Knowledge of composite materials and mechanics – an advantage
- Familiarity with aerospace standards – AS9100
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong self-learning ability
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional processes and drive initiatives
- Experience working with multiple interfaces and clients, both domestic and international
- High-level English proficiency
