Electronics Engineer – Engineering Department

A leading company in the field of power supplies and communication solutions, specializing in the development and production of off-the-shelf and customized products for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking an Electronics Engineer.

Role Description:

• Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) processes for electronic, mechanical, and wiring-integrated products, working closely with R&D and production sites (Israel & abroad).

• Manage the CCB (Change Control Board) process – evaluating and approving/rejecting changes for mass production.

• Provide technical support to global production lines (Online Support).

• Improve and update technical documentation (schematics, ATP/ATR/Calibration/Programming documents).

• Write work-instruction changes and testing procedures.

• Document validation processes and prepare test documentation.

• Full-time position.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – must.

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with power electronics – must.

• 3–5 years of experience in transferring electronic assemblies from development to production, including testing and verification – must.

• Experience in test-fixture design and process automation – advantage.
