Junior Project Manager

About the Role:

• Lead cross-organizational projects aimed at improving workflows and collaboration between different units.
• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement, resource optimization, and increased efficiency.
• Develop organizational solutions to enhance employee experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, including management, professional staff, and operational units.
• Utilize advanced project and process management tools for planning, tracking, and control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – completed (not in progress) – mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading cross-organizational projects.
• Previous experience as an O&M (Organization & Methods) Engineer, including process analysis and implementation.
• Proficiency in project management tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
