Supplier Quality Improvement Manager

MLM is looking for a Supplier Quality Improvement Manager.

The position includes:

• Monitoring supplier quality performance, analyzing quality data (including rejection rates, returns, failures, and improvement proposals), and preparing periodic performance reports

• Managing and leading quality improvement processes with selected subcontractors to ensure alignment with company requirements across all production technologies

• Handling nonconformities in collaboration with project quality managers, including monitoring, guiding, and advancing corrective and preventive actions with suppliers

• Leading improvement audits and conducting product audits and periodic quality reviews at subcontractor sites to support quality enhancement in accordance with organizational requirements

• Traveling frequently throughout Israel and occasionally abroad

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management

• At least 3 years of experience in quality processes and in a production environment, working with suppliers or customers in production, development, manufacturing engineering, or quality

• Background in manufacturing technologies such as machining, electronic system production, or special processes

• Excellent command of computerized systems, including Office and SAP, with strong data analysis and report-writing abilities

• High level of proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Experience with quality processes in the aerospace or defense sector and familiarity with AS9100 standards is a strong advantage
