Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead, manage and mainly execute the company’s office IT infrastructure and user services. This role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations, with a strong emphasis on improving user satisfaction, strengthening cybersecurity, and introducing modern tools and practices. The IT Manager will combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution, ensuring IT evolves from reactive firefighting to proactive value creation.

Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations

Manage all corporate IT systems (“blue network”): laptops, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, firewalls, connectivity, and collaboration tools.

Design and implement IT processes, SLAs, and documentation that users understand and trust.

Ensure IT performance is reliable, with timely resolution of issues and reduced backlogs.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Strengthen IT security posture with firewalls, MFA, antivirus, phishing campaigns, and incident response plans

Conduct regular risk assessments, patch management, disaster recovery exercises.

Strategic Planning & Innovation

Develop a forward-looking IT roadmap (cybersecurity, automation, AI-based tools, and user productivity).

Assess and introduce new tools and platforms that improve efficiency & collaboration.

Provide management with IT performance metrics, risks, and improvement proposals.

End-User Support & Education

Deliver responsive, high-quality support to office and remote users.

Build & promote IT education programs (security awareness, collaboration tools).

Act as the senior go-to resource for IT knowledge within the company.

Vendor & Budget Management

Manage external IT service providers and vendors effectively.

Monitor and control IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

5–7 years’ experience in IT administration/management roles.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint protection, and enterprise networking.

Demonstrated ability to design IT processes and drive improvements.

Experience with IT security frameworks and compliance requirements (GDPR, ISO27001 – a plus).

Hands-on technical ability combined with strategic vision.
