We’re looking for a world-class Founding Account Executive to help us scale our sales motion.
You’ll be the face of Explee to senior decision-makers, delivering high-impact demos, uncovering client pain points, and closing deals starting at $10K+. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-velocity startup at the frontier of AI and B2B data. You’ll work directly with the founders, shape our go-to-market strategy, and have outsized impact on both our growth and the future of the product.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and close deals (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise sizes) with GTM leaders across fintech, SaaS, and AI
- Run deep discovery to understand client pain points and adapt demos to their use cases
- Deliver compelling product demos that show clear ROI
- Drive multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded sales processes with precision
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and custom proposals in close collaboration with founders
- Provide structured feedback to Product & Marketing on customer insights, GTM messaging, and cleints' needs
- Keep clients engaged with new product updates and ensure successful adoption
- Develop and refine scalable sales processes, client qualification frameworks, and automation (using tools like n8n, AI Agents)
What You'll Bring:
- Over 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, regularly surpassing quarterly targets of $100K+.
- Complex sales cycle expertise with consultative sales processes and multiple stakeholders
- Strong discovery and storytelling skills - able to translate technical AI capabilities into business value
- Technical aptitude - comfortable discussing AI, data enrichment, and sales automation with technical buyers
- Ability to build trust with C-level executives and decision-makersEntrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, adaptable, comfortable in high-velocity environments
- Bonus: familiarity with RevOps, GTM tooling, or AI-powered sales solutions
- Bonus: Experience with sales intelligence tools, data enrichment platforms, or AI products
