YouCC Technologies, a leading Cloud Security integrator, is looking for a talented and experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our growing team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows and macOS environments
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID at an advanced level: Domain Controller operations, DNS, Kerberos, GPOs, replication, and complex troubleshooting
• Manage Microsoft 365 including licensing (E5), DLP, security configurations, and Exchange
• Work with Azure in hybrid environments (Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect), including sync, identity, and service troubleshooting
• Deploy and manage workstations via Intune
• Monitor and maintain security systems with Microsoft Defender
• Read and understand PowerShell scripts
• Perform and manage backups, restorations, and DR processes
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Track and manage IT equipment inventory (laptops, printers, monitors, etc.)
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Collaborate with external IT vendors and support server infrastructure
• Perform regular updates, hardening, and system maintenance

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a System / IT Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS
• Hands-on experience with AD, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender
• Deep theoretical and practical understanding of Domain Controllers, Kerberos, DNS, replication, and identity infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365, including E5 licensing and DLP
• Ability to read and interpret PowerShell scripts
• Hands-on experience with backups and recovery
• Understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud environments – advantage
• High service orientation, fast learner, proactive mindset
