We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Growth Manager to lead qbiq’s performance channels and build our digital presence. You’ll:

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more

Fast execution and continuous optimization (conversion rate optimization + A/B testing)

On-page and off-page SEO / GEO

SEO-optimized content creation and distribution across on-site and off-site channels

Full-funnel analytics + reporting (Tag Manager, Google platforms, analytics platforms)

HubSpot automations, lead management (from Lead to OPP and beyond), lead scoring & pipeline optimization + report creation

Website maintenance, QA

Design skills from minor edits to full asset creation

Budget efficiency: maximizing ROI at every step

Requirements

5+ years of end-to-end b2b digital marketing experience- must!

Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, SEO, Webflow

Hands-on experience managing Hubspot CRM

Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving

Proactive, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact

Fluent English.
