## Role Description

We’re seeking an exceptional Power BI developer to design and implement enterprise-scale semantic models and high end visualization for large organization. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Petah Tikva, where you’ll lead the architecture and governance of complex data models that serve hundreds of users across the organization.

You’ll be responsible for building robust, scalable semantic models from the ground up, establishing best practices for model development and maintenance, and working with Microsoft Fabric to create a modern data platform. This role requires someone who can think strategically about data architecture while executing hands-on technical work at the highest level.

## Qualifications

- Extensive experience designing and managing large-scale Power BI semantic models for enterprise organizations

- Proven track record implementing and working with Microsoft Fabric in production environments

- Expert-level knowledge of data modeling principles, DAX optimization, and Power BI performance tuning

- Experience managing complex semantic models with multiple fact tables, hundreds of measures, and sophisticated business logic

- Strong understanding of data governance, security implementation (RLS/OLS), and deployment pipelines

- Ability to establish modeling standards and mentor development teams

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and modern data architecture patterns

- Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with Azure data services

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field

## Preferred Experience

- Power BI certification (PL-300 or equivalent)

- Experience with enterprise BI governance frameworks

- Background in leading data platform migrations or transformations

- Knowledge of Python, Power Query M, or other data transformation languages
