Psagot Equity, the trust services arm of Psagot Investment House, is hiring a lawyer to join our legal team.

We work on some of the most interesting and complex transactions in the Israeli market, including:

• M&A and capital-markets transactions

• Real-estate trust arrangements

• Income Tax Ordinance–based trusts

• Stock Exchange–regulated trusts

• SPV

The role also includes legal support for PEaX, Psagot Equity’s proprietary transaction-management system.

General Requirements:

• Excellent English (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Responsibilities & Experience:

• Drafting agreements and trust documents

• Direct work with leading law firms

• Ongoing professional support for operational teams

• Licensed attorney with 2-4 years of experience

• Experience in an Israeli brokerage firm / investment house / insurance company — an advantage

• Experience in M&A or commercial work — an advantage

Terms & Work Environment:

• Full-time position, Sun–Thu, 9:00–17:30 (with flexibility for extra hours when needed)

• Location: Rothschild Blvd 3, Tel Aviv (with a sea view)

• Work within a highly professional and close-knit legal team, reporting to the General Counsel
