🎯 Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our global firm, specializing in high-end commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects for international clients (e.g., converting office space/shell and core projects for global Hi-Tech companies like Google). This role is ideal for a candidate with initial on-site experience and exceptional interpersonal skills, as we are a boutique company that prioritizes quality and personal fit over extensive experience. The candidate will lead activity with the client, from receiving the shell and core project up to final handover.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Leadership & Representation: Managing ongoing communication with global clients, including providing status updates and managing expectations with professionalism.
2. On-Site and Execution Management: Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of demanding construction sites, overseeing the quality of finishing works, and ensuring compliance with tight deadlines.
3. Contractor & Vendor Management: Negotiating and coordinating effectively with sub-contractors and multiple vendors, ensuring adherence to high standards and specifications.
4. Control & Reporting: Diligent tracking of budget and schedule, including generating status reports in English for senior management.

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in a relevant field: Certified Construction Technician (Handasa'i Binyan), Civil Engineer, or Architect.
• Field Experience: 1-3 years of experience in execution engineering, construction management, or project management in the construction/finishing sector – significant advantage for experience in tower or housing unit projects.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Proven ability to manage demanding sites, tight schedules, and stressful situations.
• Language: Business-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory for seamless communication with global clients.
• Personal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, professional representation, and motivation to integrate into a small, quality-driven company
