One of our leading customers is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong, hands-on Monday.com implementation skills to lead end-to-end software and IT projects. This role combines project leadership with practical implementation, system analysis, and close work with development teams and external vendors.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Lead full Monday.com implementations: boards, automations, dashboards, integrations
- Manage internal IT and business application projects
- Write technical and functional specifications (BRD, FRD, HLD, LLD)
- Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and external vendors
- Oversee project timeline, budget, scope, risks, and stakeholders
- Own complete project delivery: requirements → UAT → deployment → go-live → stabilization
🧩 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager
- Proven hands-on experience with Monday.com (required)
- Strong understanding of workflows, automations, integrations, and APIs
- Experience writing professional specifications (BRD/FRD/HLD/LLD)
- Solid technical background: Cloud, SaaS, databases, architecture, SDLC
- High-level English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, ownership, and teamwork skills
🚀 Nice to Have
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- UX/UI experience (Axure, Adobe XD, Figma)
- Background in software development
