Delivery Coordinator

What will your day look like?

• Coordinating all stages of project and installation processes with customers, including order confirmations and system monitoring.
• Working with multiple internal and external interfaces: procurement, warehouse, finance, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and more.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding billing, equipment delivery timelines, installations, and related updates.
• Working with computer systems such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative and operational role
• Customer service experience and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
• Availability for a full-time position, 08:00–17:15, with occasional overtime as needed.
