IT & Cyber Security Engineer (Hands-On)

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on IT & Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. This role combines core IT infrastructure work with advanced cyber security operations, supporting internal environments and Defense-sector clients.

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions for internal systems and client environments.

• Collaborate with Defense-sector clients on critical IT & cyber projects, including on-site support.

• Lead internal initiatives such as system hardening, policy implementation, and improving network security posture.

• Manage and administer operating systems (Windows/Linux), domain environments, Active Directory, and Group Policies.

• Configure and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and ensure secure communication protocols.

• Design, deploy, secure, and manage virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).

• Identify, analyze, and remediate system and network vulnerabilities across infrastructures.

• Years of experience - 5 minimum

• Proven hands-on experience in IT systems administration with a strong focus on information and cyber security.

• Deep knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and local domain environments (Active Directory, GPOs).

• Strong expertise in network communications and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, and related tools).

• Practical experience with leading virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.

• Experience working with Defense or Security organizations.

• Active security clearance (advantage).
