About the Role
This is a builder role: as Scala’s first marketing hire, you’ll shape our marketing vision, define our brand (both how we show up to customers and as an employer), and set the overall marketing strategy. You’ll be the single point of contact, executing hands-on across channels, campaigns, and creative projects to make things happen.
Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute Scala’s global marketing strategy, messaging, and annual plan.
- Develop and produce marketing assets, from website content and case studies to blogs and thought-leadership pieces.
- Manage Scala’s digital presence and social media to expand awareness and engagement.
- Lead PR, media relations, and event communications, including speaking engagements (such as lectures, webinars, conference presentations).
- Build and execute multi-channel lead generation programs targeting biotech, pharma, and industrial partners.
- Partner with sales and business development to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing–sales alignment.
- Implement marketing automation, CRM, and analytics systems (e.g., HubSpot, Monday) to measure and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within biotech, deep tech, life science, or software sectors.
- Vast experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning for scientific audiences.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with AI-driven tools for marketing automation, analytics, and content creation.
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance targets.
- A self-starter who’s eager to roll up their sleeves, make things happen, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Native-level English writing and communication skills with strong storytelling ability.
