Senior Oracle ERP Financial Consultant

About the Role

A nationwide retail leader is executing a major Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud ERP migration and needs an experienced Oracle ERP Financial Consultant to drive end-to-end functional delivery, integrations, and user enablement. You’ll own the full project lifecycle—requirements, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production optimization—in a high-volume, multi-company environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation & optimization of Oracle Financials modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA).
• Design and build financial interfaces (MASAV payments, bank statements, tax files) and cross-module integrations (Purchasing, Inventory, HR).
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, functional configuration, SQL data validations, and UAT.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis for complex issues in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Deliver user training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer; mentor junior functional consultants.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Oracle ERP Financials Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS 11i / R12; proven participation in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Oracle Financials configurations, P2P & O2C business flows, and statutory reporting.
• Solid SQL skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated success delivering financial integrations with third-party systems (payments, banking, tax, BI).
• Fluent Hebrew for daily user support; proficient English for documentation and stakeholder communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Oracle Certification: Oracle Financials Cloud or EBS R12 Financials.
• Experience in high-volume retail, FMCG, or multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with REST/Soap Web Services, FBDI, OIC for Oracle Cloud integrations.
