Bookkeeper

Pi-Cardia, a dynamic medical device startup specializing in cardiovascular innovations, is looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. If you're detail-oriented and experienced in managing vendor invoices and employee expense reports while ensuring accuracy and streamlined processes, we want to hear from you. Bring your organizational skills to the forefront and play a key role in maintaining our financial order and success.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain the general ledger.
• Recording vendor invoices in Priority ERP system.
• Reviewing approvals and processing payments to vendors according to agreed payment terms
• Handling employee expense reimbursements, including processing travel reports and expense claims
• Performing vendor, bank, and credit card reconciliations, tax authorities etc, as part of month-end processes

Requirements:

• At least 3-2 years of bookkeeping experience – must
• Level 2 Bookkeeping diploma – must
• Experience with Priority software - must
• Experience in a Hi-Tech company – An Advantage
• Experience with TripX travel software (formerly ComBTAS) - An Advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with various positions within the company
• Reading and writing English abilities.
