Senior Back End Developer

Swimm is an Application Understanding Platform that helps organizations reverse-engineer, analyze, and understand complex legacy and modern systems — notably revealing hidden business logic buried in code.  

We go beyond simply helping developers “understand code” — Swimm surfaces the business rules, domain logic, data flows, and dependencies that underlie systems, enabling business analysts, architects, and technical teams to collaborate more effectively.  

Our solution uses AI-powered static analysis to build a knowledge base from a codebase, uncover architecture, patterns, and hidden logic — delivering both code-level and business-level insight.

We are seeking a Senior Back End Developer to join our team.

 A glimpse into what you will be doing:

• Balancing static analysis and LLM-based insights to achieve maximum accuracy and readability.
• Analyzing millions of lines of code to surface business rules and make them accessible to non-developer stakeholders
• Building a stable, reliable on-premises experience for Fortune 500 customers

Your qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, emphasizing the back end and familiarity with LLMs.
• Experience in Node.js
• Proven experience in the architecture of design systems and components.
• Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated and can-do attitude.

This position is full-time, working at least four days a week from Swimm’s office in TLV.
